While my original presentation outlined key aspects of Islamic doctrine and its influence on workplace policies, this new video goes further. Tanya and I discuss the real-world consequences, answer questions and examine how these demands affect employers and co-workers, workplace fairness, productivity, secular principles in the educational system and the future of non-Islamic countries if this trend continues.

Legal challenges and the broader societal impact of accommodating sharia-based demands
How legislators are being influenced to facilitate the implementation of sharia in the workplace.
This discussion sheds light on how these accommodations — often portrayed as minor adjustments — can create long-term shifts in workplace culture and national identity as formerly free and democratic states become less free and Islamic.
